Payment and Shipping

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and payment is accepted via Paypal.

If you are in Australia and prefer to pay by direct debit, please contact me.

Items are posted via Australia Post and do not include insurance and tracking. Please  contact me before making purchase if you would like your order to be registered parcel.

Cost as listed is for parcel up to 500g. If additional items including packaging falls under this weight, there may be refund of additional shipping charges. I would like to keep shipping costs down as much as possible.

If your country is not listed with a shipping cost, please contact me for an estimate. International buyers are responsible for any taxes, custom fees and duties in their own countries.

Returns

Please choose carefully and feel free to ask as many questions as you like before making your purchase. I will try to help you with your selection as much as possible. As I am a small business, I will not be able to accept returns if you have changed your mind after purchase.

Please note that computer screens settings may display colours differently and there may be a variation of colour when viewed on screen.

Each item is hand crafted and checked prior to despatch. In case of faults, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your purchase.
